I had on 01/04/09 submitted an application for Telephone/Broadband Connection from BSNL vide application no. A1019875 and Consumer No. 51784130 under Plan 500C. Inspite of my repeated reminders Telephone/internet connection was NOT given. Then, during the 3rd week of April I sent a mail to them through their website stating that I don’t need your Telephone and Broadband connection any more.

But now I am shocked to receive their Bill no 1621738752 in my name for Rs.1336.00 for Telephone No. 26480634 and consumer No. 51781430.

I had sent them a mail yesterday about this issue, but no response from them so far.
