Telephone not working since 2 months

Hello Sir/Madam,

My Telephone number 23561896 is not working at all since last 2 months, even after multiple complaints and repairs it is not working. My relatives are in foreign countries and i used to get calls from US, Saudi and Dubai. Here I'm in terrible pain as im not in contact with my relatives.

Now its been 2 months almost im too scared that i would get a bill which i have not used at all.

Please suggest to how get things moving ASAP and how to compansate for the bill
