Dear Sir,

I am to inform you that my Broadband node was inactive from 18/07/09. I lodge complain to your B.S.N.L Office, S.M.Pally, Malda as well as your Malda Office.

I contacted Mr P.K.Roy (S.D.T), Mob No: 9434054500 and Mr Pathak. But all my effect was in vain. In such case I seek your interference to active my net connection.. Please note that I am a senior citizen and request you to save the customer’s harassment.
