Sir,
I took bsnl broad band connection on last month. Since then after I made many complaint about background noise while recieving calls. Last three days my phone connection become fully dead. My complaint No is11109 in bsnl Ojhar Nasik. But nobody has turn back.
a) I have problem with broad band connection also. After clicking on bsnl icon it take lot of time to open.
b) Modem light continuesly flickering, due to which internet connection getting cut off.
