BROADBAND NETWORKING - FREQUENT LINE DISCONNECTION PROBLEMS

We have a broadband connection, which is intermittently goes off, have blinking router etc. We have complained this matter to Complaint Cell 198 of Irinjalakuda Telephone Exchange many occasions in the past one month, still the problem exists. Once a technician came, but he is not able to rectify/troubleshoot the fault. No action action has been taken until now.

We are residing in Irinjalakuda town (Thrissur Dist, Kerala.)

Over the past 2 weeks we are complaining to the following higher authority in BSNL :

1) Mr. Appu T.K AGM (OP)

O/O PGMT Sc/ST DEV Corpn Building,

Palace Road, Thrissur 680 020.

2) Mr. K. Anand Kumar, GM (Op)

O/o CGMT, Doorsanchar Bhavan, Trivandrum-695033

I feel that the above are non-responsive departments of BSNL, what else can you expect from BSNL?

The beauty is that we have already made advance payment of Rs. 5000 to BSNL for a period of 12 months.

Can someone suggest to this thread?
