UNBELIEVABLE DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF DEATH CLAIM

Dear Sir,

Sub:- UNBELIEVABLE DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF DEATH CLAIM

(KERALA CIRCLE)

I am the son of Mr. M. Narayanankutty, who was expired on 16/12.

My father Mr. M. Narayanankutty had taken two POSTAL ENDOWMENT ASSURANCE POLICIES from the DEPARTMENT OF POST.

Policy numbers are KL/15817-B and KL/28519-B.

I have sent all the documents (original policy documents, attested copy of death certificate, claim form, and two receipt books) to the ASST.DIRECTOR, PLI,

OFFICE OF THE CHIEF POST MASTER GENERAL, KERALA CIRCLE, TRIVANDRUM-695033.

On 02-January through NEMMARA (Palakkad) Post Office.

My mother C.Sunandakumari as the nominee for the above mentioned policies.

I have to inform you that there is no action on these claim settlement process from the Department Of Post for the last seven months. And there is no information about the process of the claim settlement. So I request you to take immediate action to settle this case.

I shall be thankful if you kindly settle the above mentioned claims.
