As I have given my Connection 2622340 and my Modem was not working

Dear Sir,

As my Phone was 2622340 not working and Iam not interested to take the modem wifi of BSNL given Rs 1600 and when I have gone to BSNL office they are not refunding my security and Iam not interested

in it and Please take an action against them. Thanks
