Refund of Deposit and overbilling

I relocated from Kottivakam Chennai and closed my account phone 2451-0060. I was told that I would be refunded the Rs2000 deposit after 45days. Instead, they kept presenting a bill to my account and automaticaly got an additional Rs665 from my account.

This was about 4 months ago. Still no refund.
