Land line not working properly

Dear sir/madam,

I am one of your BSNL customer with telephone number 04752288584 and address is,

Kollam,

Kerala.

Since two weeks our BSNL landline is not working properly, incoming is not working some time outgoing is working but crossconnetion and disturbances are in the line, pls take immediately action over it and i am soliciting you to keep interest on this matter
