Recently I purchased a car insurance from Policy Bazaar, before placing an order I asked for all the facilities I am going to get if I am buying from them.
Till date haven't received original policy document and nor resolution of issues raised by me after placing an order.
Pathetic customer support and lousy behavior. Would suggest ban on such sites an recomed every one not to use this site for any purchases.
