Telephone not working

REF: My Telephone number – 0484 2748203, Telephone Complaints: F226, F815.

This is in reference to the BSNL Landline connection I am holding in my home for 5 years.

The telephone stopped working 2 weeks before and I registered complaints through telephone – please see the reference above.

Having no response, I even registered written complaints at BSNL Office, Aarakkunnam. Still the issue is unresolved.

I am working in a Pvt Firm in Ernakulam and BSNL Telephone is the only communication for me with my old age parents.

This is a serious situation when I am unable to communicate with my parents when I am at office.

Hope you can understand the situation I am facing now.

Since we use BSNL Land line connection as our major line of communication, we even missed out many important instances like the death of one of our distant relative.

I humbly request you to put your kind attention in the above matter and make arrangements to solve the issue at the earliest,

I hope my requests are not falling in deaf ears,
