i just want to complain about the wrong information provided by the customer care executives of BSNL.
when i asked about the recharge under 1000 rs. he told me that there is a recharge of 200 rs. providing 200 days validity and 200 rs.talk value. but when i made this recharge i only received 129.46 rs. and 30 days validity.
in order to hear the conversation later, i also recorded it. In the recording it is very clearly told by the customer care executive about this 200 rs recharge.
Now, after receiving a lesser amount when i again made a phone call, they say that there is no such scheme available and say that the previous executive must have by mistake provided a false information...
now whose fault is this.!! and who is the sufferer???
I am the sufferer and now who is responsible for this..
sir, i have that recorded evidence and if needed i can produce it at any stage..
please make a reply soon...
i want justice...
