My name is Shankar Ramchandra Roy, age 52 yrs, Heart patient, When I was in Navimumbai-Vashi Station on 11/08 in the evening time-between 5.30pm to 7.00 pm Campus _I want to withdraw amount so I asked one person where is ATM as per his instruction, in the same campus I checked -Union Bank ATM-When I checked RS- Balance I want to withdraw the same amount so I tried to withdraw but I didn't get money and at the same time when i checked balance it is now zero! This is my regret letter to the Union Bank ATM-Vashi Railway Station Campus Why it is happening? There is no any single security Guard and If your ATM Machine is fault y You must keep instruction board there! Now I am suffering with heaqlth problem and I was in hurry to reach in Mangalore so when I reached in Mangalore-Through HDFC Bank Hampankatta branch K.S.Rao road Mangalore 575001 Card Holder disput form The Bank officer has send it on 13/08 in the afternoon-between 3.00pm to 4.30pm&- My HDFC Bank Savings Account Number-047861610048952 and Card Number -4386242503958195 My Customer Id-21647836 I am suffering with pain and I am expecting an early and immediate action so that I can withdraw the same amount.
