My Telephone is not funtioning from 16th Aug. 2009. I tried to contact the BSNL office at Vasai Road but nobody is reponding. Then I personly went & complained at Vasai Road Office on 19th Aug. I came to know that the field staff are on strike & it will take another few days to repair it. Please note that the office staff wont take the compaint without meetig them personal. We are working from morning to evening and it is difficult to go to the BSNL office on day time without taking leave.
