VEARY VEARY BAD SERVES CUSTOMER CARE

Hi iam subscriber fo BSNL last Two years but my problem is i am not satisfied with this network because i am all ways face problem that ''check network service'' because of this i lost many important calls. till now i am not facing the same problem and iam activation FFE in 14-08 not activation till today maney times contet call custmer care.. no reply seeing all those things i am prefering to swich over to another network if u r not able to slove my problem and also if it repeat again..
