Wrong billing

I am bsnl postpaid cellphone user no.9422130994 account no.400281458 .I paid rs.866/- for billing period 5-4-09 to4-5-09, but bsnl send me next month bill by adding this amount and I paid full bill of rs.- .Bill amount should rs.1150/-. After repeated request nobody bsnl authority bothers.
