Deduction of rent of dead-stop period

Sir

I have three BSNL landline connections 01268-278615 (PCO), 278678, 278443 (broadband).

Connections are dead-stop from 06-04 to 29-04 and 15-05 to 18-06 due to under-ground cable damaged by JCB of Health department. I also complained to the telephone exchange.

You are requested to deduct rent of this period (06-04 to 29-04 and 15-05 to 18-06) of T/Phone No.- 01268-278615, 278678, 278443.
