I had registered complaints on customer care of bsnl for removing bsnl radio facility on my mobile because the methods they are suggesting to me for the unsubscription of bsnl facility is not working. The complaints details are :
1. H017421440 dated 01.08.2009
2. #107484112 dated 10.08.2009
Till date the facility is not removed from my connection no. 9411531522. I am fed up of registering complaints again and againg and getting no responce from bsnl. This is also causing financial loss to me by deduction of fee for bsnl radio services. I request you to please help me in unsubscribing the same the earliest.
