Very poor service observed from BSNL.NIC card is supposed to operate with 144 kbps as per regulations. But I m using it with the speed 02 kbps and low also. Facing a great difficulties while accessing internet with NIC card.submittd complain in BSNL, bhubaneswar, but getting a laughing response with free advise like to access at night time for better speed and like this. Staff behaviour says as they are instructed not to response with good bahaviour. Perhap this happens on top management to encourage the private network service. Because BSNL staff getting payment whether service is good or bad. Ex-before this complain there are 2407 complains pending on this company. Even New instruments are lying unused and will be destroyed with out use also. Care is not being taken intensionally.maintenance is nil and careless because of govt properties.
Requested to respect public sentiment as a public utility agency.
