BSNL AUTHORITIES have given allIndia no. 1500 to lodge any kind of faults at no.1500
and deployed DEAF employee there
they dont attend Phone for 15-20minuts
even if they recieve either you will not hear thier voice or they will say your massage is not clear
This has happend many times with me
On date I wanted to lodge complaint foe my Telephone, as the complaint lodged with 198 was not attended for the last 24 hrs.
The phone recieved after 15 minuts and the Lady who attanded the call was Dowzing as if she has wake up from the sleep.
SDO phone says we can not take any action against employees of 1500
Reason best known to them
if this fpourm can take up this issue it will be agreat help to the BSNL CONUMERS
