I have been using BSNL broadband for more than a year. I use 'HOME 750' plan and the speed advertised for it is 256 kbps to 2 mbps but i get a downloading speed of just 20 - 30 kbps. I want you to rectify this problem as soon as possible as creates a lot of promblem to me for downloading my necesary data.
