I have applied for a new Telephone connection on 4th Sep 2009 & I was been told that my telephone would be installed within 2 to 3 days. But its been 10 Day but still no one from telephone exchange is coming down to my place for installation. I am under KAIKHALI TELEPHONE exchange (Kolkata), this telephone exchange is just beside my house. It take hardly 2 min walking distance to reach this exchange. When I spoke with one of the officer incharge of this telephone exchange for the installation of these new connection they told me it would be installed within upcoming two days but still no one is bothering to come down for installation. I knew BSNL has a very pathetic service but never thought they will delay so much. No one in the telephone exchange is taking care of this issue & I am completly fedup of this type of service. I have opted for this telephone connection as I need BSNL BROADBAND but I cant apply for BROADBAND untill i get my telephone connection. So I would be very thankful if someone can help me regarding this issue.
