Telephone not Working

Dear Sir,

I am working at Indore & My old mother & father are living at bhopal in our Owned house, but from Last couple of Months My Home telephone No. 0755-2416064 is not working, many times complaints were logged but till date no permanent solution is being taken by Department.

Kindly look into matter.
