Excess and wrong billing

Sir,

I have taken new landline connection from your Mirzapur exchange on 27.05.2009 vide no-05446 232601. I got my first bill in July'09 vide bill no-40065096/06.07.2009 against my consumer no-29780280 for Rs.4242.00. Here I saw that this number which was alloted early not updated in computer. My closing meter reading is 156 but you charged me for 1723. Secondly you have charged adv. rental deposit for Rs1320.00 which is not applicable in my case. After telephonic discussion with Mirzapur representative, they assured me for rectification. When I went to deposit the amount in last due date, they told me that your rectified amount is Rs.2093.00. It is also not correct. They told me that first you deposit the amount, then give a complain for rerectification. I deposited the amount and gave a written complain through Shaktinagar Exchange. After that I did not get any reply and bill of July'09 also. On Sept'09, I got my second bill vide no-41533694 dt. 06.09.2009 for Rs.452.00 and outstanding bill of Rs1000.00 against bill no-40754230 dt. 06.08.2009. I surprised that, how a Navratna company's service will be like this. Instead of adjusting my excess bill, you have claimed for outstanding bill. Please rectify my bill and inform me the correct amount for deposit within due date.6865

I hope you must take action before 28.09.2009.
