I have recived my broadband connection and user id etc on my phone line 03324258154 two weeks ago afte the next day i recived my details brodaband connection is not workin its always giving 691 error even i cant log in in the portal from cyber cafe though i input the user id and password as stated in the email bsnl sent me ..i have complained about the problem every where i could and i am fedup with the situtaions i think all the bsnl officers just sleep while working and this is the worst experiance ever happened to me... they have reseted my password twice i think still not working and from my side i have done all the instalation procudure rightly...
