Disconnection of line

Dear Sir,

I am a customer since 2005 and have been paying the bill regularly. Aii on a suddenon 1.10.09 I saw mu outgoing and incoming are disconnected. On enquiry I came to know that a bill dated 31.07.09 was unpaid as my cheque was dishonnoured. In each and rvery month I used to receive E-mail and SMS for payment of bills but unfortunately non-payment of the bill iwas not informed to me by any mode. Without intimitaing and returning the Cheque my line was disconnected.

However, after getting the information I have paid the unpaid bill on 08.10.09 by cash in 8 No Hare Street Kolkata 700001.But to my dismay, the line is still not restored. My landline no is 25954279.On enquiry from AO (TR) of Hare Street Office I was given a No 25942361but nobody received the line. I am really shocked to know there is no system of seeking apptt. with higher Authority for redressal of grievances.
