Undersigned is possessing mobile no. 9414205245, and on the said mobile recharge voucher of Rs. 300/- having reference no. 36865253 was activated on dated 27/9, in which all the calls made on BSNL mobile and land line are free. (it is worthwhile to mention that from last four months regularly Rs. 300/- voucher is being activated by the undersigned).
That from last 20 days despite the validity of coupon referred supra the calls made on BSNL mobile and landline are being charged.
We have tried to make complaint on the customer care who have expressed their inability to do any effective act and have asked to make complaint to local office.
That the deduction of charges from the balance amount despite activation of 300/- special voucher due to which all the calls in Rajasthan on BSNL mobile and landline are free is unfair trade practise and defective service of the BSNL, and is clear act of cheating with customer at large.
That BSNL have deliberately despite activation of special voucher have deducted charges from the balance and such act must have been committed with consumer at larger, by which BSNL have acquired undue and unlawful gain and have caused unlawful gain to its customer including undersigned.
