on 13/10 I had sent two SMS to a loacal Aircel no. (918013343451). But each time Rs. 5/- had been deducted from my account. I contacted Customer Care that day itself and was assured that the overcharged amount would be reverted. I again contacted customer care on 14/10/09 and they provide me a dcoket no.810561 along with same assurance. After that I had contacted Customer Care several times but not got back my balance. It is not a matter of just Rs. 10/- and quality and fare services that we expect from BSNL.
I had been also using GPRS on my hand set (Nokia 2626), But for last one moths GPRS is not working. Each time I try to access any Wap site I got the msg. that "Packet Data Connection not Available" followed by "Link not available". As suggeested by Customer Care Exe. i downloaded new settings, set my Network Selection as Manual but without any results. I always keep balance over Rs. 50.00.
After Contacting Customer Care and getting no results I am frustrated with this. I request BSNL for immediate solution of my problem.
