I took BSNL broadband connection in January. Everything was fine till July. In July My plan was Home-500C. But when I eceived August bill it was billed for Home-UL750 plan. When I asked in Commercial Office in Swathi complex in Sheshadripuram, Bangalore they said u have requested for change of plan on 4th August. But I had not requested and when I asked to show the proof of request, nothing was available and they said you will receive new ammended bill for both August and september. But till now no update on it.

Please look into this issue ASAP.
