RAND BAND MODEM FAILURE IN GURANTEE PERIOD

I have brand band connection from 13.03.2009 onwards. The modem also purchased from bsnl type II and has the warranty of 1 year. The modem was failured on 20.10.2009. Till date the modem was not replaced due to stock available in all godowns of bsnl in tamil nadu region.
