Monthly Bill from BSNL

I am using BSNL Wireless phone for the past 5 months. My phone number is (040) 2004 0950. Not even a single month I got the bill from BSNL. Every month, customer, me, has to enquire for bill amount and pay the same through net or at counter sometimes. BIggest problem is that customers are not sure what is the last date for the payment, no of calls made etc., BSNL should not take this as an advantage, as the customers so meticulous in paying the money in time. At the same time, for BSNL it is not a problem, if the bill is not paid, they will remove the connection, very easiest work.

When the work culture will change at BSNL, although they look at the competition, people are almost near door to receive the payment.
