Lazyness of Bsnl Employee

Respected Sir, Am, Premkumar from Chengalpat, it is located near Chennai. I have applied for BSNL land line and Broad Band on October 28. When i am applying one employee said the connection will come after one week. But till i am not getting connection. And, more than 3 times went to the Chengalpat head office and more than 4 i went vallam branch office. Every week they said it will come it will come etc...

Even I met Senior Engineer they said also same thing...

So please Kindly take the action.. When will you give the full satisfaction to customer then only you maintained customer...
