Illing problem

Sir,

I m new user of bsnl broadband from 1 month. After completion of 1 month I cant deposit the bill due to not recieving of bill & so my landline connection is out of order. from starting our broadband didnt work properly

after giving lot of complaint to sdo of our exchange.

so, sir pls help me from this corrupted system and provide my bill time to time.
