Broadband Connectivity problem for the past 20 days

Dear Sir,

My name is Bhanu from Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh Working as a software engineer in a software company. I am using BSNL broadband connection.

I had problem with the connection before 20 days and have complaint about the problem to BSNL office. Till today the problem is not solved. Please provide us with urgent solution for the problem.
