I am having a BSNL Broad band connection for last 2 months. The broadband often goes down for hours and hours. The customer support lines never works or always engaged. For last 5 days the connection is down. Every time when we contact the customer service they give new complaint Number, i have 3 complaint number, but no repair is done. The customer center people many time take the phone and keep it in floor and not attends it. They give one word answers Like " server Down" and closes the call. Getting the line with Customer center itself is a big achievement!
NO professionalism, no Business ethics and dead customer service. They are not living in this competitive, customer oriented era.
