I have lodged complaint for broadband access problem in my telephone. Due to week end and holidays there was a delay, so I have waited for more than 5 days. During this 5days I have called their customer support for dozen times but no progress. Today the pittiest part is even the Telephone also not working. Now I have to lodge a complaint from my mobile phone. So far the problem is not resolved and am wondering, will they have any accountability on these complaints registered by each customer?
IS THERE SOME CAN AN EXPLANATION FROM THEM AND CLAIM A DAMAGE FROM BSNL?
