Non-receipt of bill

Sir,

I have not received bill for my postpaid mobile phone from bsnl bearing tel. no. 9436890429. It has been activated from the month of March and till date, I did not receive the bill. Kindly guide me how to pay the bill for my mobile phone. I have misplaced the receipt of the issuance of the SIM card where the Account No. is indicated.
