DONOT CALL TO MY OTHER BSNL PHONE NUMBER

I AM A CUSTOMER OF BSNL WEST BENGAL.MY PH NO-09474370730, I HAVE A ANOTHER BSNL SIM (9475014069). BUT WHEN I CONNECT TO THE NO-9475014069;THE RESPONCE OF THE NETWORK IS NETWORK BUSY.I TRY LOTS OF TIMES.BUT RESULT IS SAME.THEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A NETWORK PROBLEM AND PROBLEM IS SOLVED WITH IN 48 HOURS &THEY GIVE ME A REFERANCE NO.BUT I HAVE LOT OF REFERANCE NO FOR THIS COMPLAIN.THE LOST REFERANCE NO-2622274 DATED ON19/04 AND FIRST REFERANCE NO-2344013 DATED ON 08/01.I THINK 48 HOURS IS GONE BETWEEN 08/01 TO 19/04.NOW I AM REQUEST TO TOU PLEASE GIVE ME A ANSWER HOW IS THAT PROBLEM SOLVED AND PUNISHED TO THE CHITTING COUSTOMER CARE PERSON.
