Activation of user id & password

Sir,

I applied for the sbi online banking. My account is of sbi naveen market, kanpur up. They provided me a user id and password. But now One and half months have been passed .and still i am not able to logon to the sight. Whenever i complain to branch manager of sbi. They say that i have linked it to your account but there is any problem on web... What should i do???
