Sir/ Madam,
My Telephone No is 04255-251481, associated with Palladam Telephone Exchange. Some Government Agency has damaged our telephoneline while digging and my telephone is out of order for the past 45 days. Even after several personal visit to the Palladam Telephone Exchange and complaint through mail to BSNL, no action have been taken till date.
Kindly suggest me the suitable authority to whom should I complain for an immediate action.
So far, I use to clear the bills on date. I would like to know the reason for not taking any action in this regard. Because, when somebody rang to my number, it says "the connection to number is temporarily disconnected". When they call to my mobile they ask whether I paid my bills or not. It spoils my reputation.
