Dear Sir,
Today i went for booking GAS for domestic purpose.
in my hand i have "domestic gas customer card"
but they asked me to bring RATION CARD also for booking.
Ration card is mantatory while getting "GAS TOKEN".
Last time they verified my "ration card" and endousement stamp is mentioned in the "ration card" and same they are updating in the computer.
My Question is ...! Why? customer should bring "RATION CARD" for getting token from GAS Agency.
I have asked it is government rule or your own rule...
They are saying that... Their rule.
Will goverment will involve and take necessary action against this GAS Agency!!!
why Agency is putting his own rule... Consumers are suffering..!!!
He is not Government...!!! putting own rule for consumers..
This should be monitored by Government
