It is really frustrating for us to send our personnel to resolve the internet/telephony billing issue month after month as BSNL is billing us double the amount which should ideally be charged based on the plan. They keep reversing it month on month and there is NO support. Finally, we disconnected the connection and again they billed us. There is NO support at all to solve this issue inspite of our personnel visiting them few times with proofs and copies.
