I have been a proud customer of BSNL, of late i have been experiencing a lot of trouble since my exchange has changed to CHERUVAKKAL from CHEPRA, quilon, kerala. Since last one month i have been complaining about the poor speach and dial up connection. Being an NRI we depend a lot on internet for a beeter connectivity with our close relatives. I have also applied for the broadband. But i m not sure of any date. Atleast they get the Dial up rectified, i will be very greatful. It seems the cable need to be changed.
