I reside in Yelahank New Town, Bangalore.
From last 5 days I am not able to connect to Internet through DATAONE broadband facility of BSNL. Everytime I call up their customer care, the one reason i get is that the link in exchange at Yelahanka New town is under maintenance and BSNL engineers are working to resolve it.
This is not the first time that I am facing such a problem. Everytime I log a complaint, the only reason I get is that the link is exchange is down. I dont understand what sort of work are the engineers of BSNL doing. Does anybody review them for their performance?
I plan to work from home and with this of downtime, I dnt think ever will be do to that and I have to physically come down to my office. IS BSNL listening???
