Dear sir/madam,

i am a bsnl user.i use both internet & phone services provided by bsnl.

i got a wrong internet bill to which i gave a complaint but in was vain.i request u to comunicate with me via my email address.they dissconected my phone also which is a great loss to me.looking forward for your favourable mail.
