On 28515582 at Bangalore, Dataone hasnt been working properly. Repeated visits to the officers at KR Puram exchange has not given any results. BSNL definitely has some good strategies only to Advertise not to provide service to its customer. For the past couple of months i have only been paying the customary Rs 500 withougt availing One BIT of data transfered.
The tollfree # given to complain... well you can sit on & listen to the music for 15 odd mins after which you just hear teek, teek, teek, teek!.. which means you were a fool, there is no one on the other side.
