Tele No.2427585 (Consumer No.3573154) Vencode Exchange) Trivandrum (Dist), installed in my Residence, Pallickal Veedu, Thonnakkal, Kalluvatiyil Road is out of order for the past two weeks. Inspite of repeated complaints to vencode Exchange, arrangement for rectification of complaint has not been made.
