New Broadband Connection not received after 40 days of application

Customer number - 0720080700223; Registration - MKP/GG/ROI/08090056

I wanted to use the BSNL broadband services and to that extent applied for a new connection in BSNL office in Garia, Kolkata.

But to my great dismay after 1 and 1/2 months of the application there is nobody from BSNL contacting me regarding the new connection.
