SINCE MONTHS I AM GETTING INCORRECT AMOUNT OF BILLING AND I MADE THIS MISTAKE SEVERAL TIME, BUT T IS STILL CONTINUING.
I NEVER MAKE ANY DELAY IN THE PAYMENT OF MONTHLY BILL, BUT WHAT I AM GETTING IS INCORRECT BILLS SHOWING ARREARS (PENDING PAYMENTS). I ALREADY ASKED THE CASHIERTO RECTIFY THIS, BUT NO USE, CONTINUE THE SAME MISTAKE.
I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING BALANCE TO PAY, AS I AM PAYING MY BILLS REGULARLY AND NO DELAY IN MY PAYMENT SINCE I GOT THE TELEPHONE CONNECTION.
TO WHOM I HAVE TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS INSULTING BILLING???
