Landline dead from 2 weeks

Dear sir,

We have BSNL landline connection with internet but it has been dead since 2 weeks. I have no due. I have broadband connection too and I am facing many problems due to this. No one is responding. please look into this matter. Our BSNL no- 033-22900538.
